What are the prices for the services we offer?
To view our prices for an individual spa appointment or appointment for less than four people; click on our Menu and Price tab above
There is a minimum required of $100.00 in services for an appointment. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel 24 hours before an appointment to avoid a service charge. If you cancel an appointment in less than 24 hours, or on the same day of your/an/the appointment; you will be charged the full amount of your service on your debit or credit card. There are no refunds.

A minimum of $100.00 in services are required to receive services.

PLEASE NOTE:
Pampered Rose Spa Services is focused on providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction; we are more than willing to meet your expectations.
Please Note:
We are available to serve your needs (provided we have staff available at the time you are requesting) 24 hours a day, however a $30 after hours fee will be added to the price of each of your services for appointments set outside of the hours of 9am - 7pm. If it is a holiday, the fee will be an additional $60.00 added to the price of each of your services (for all non-party services) If it is a party or event, the extra fee per service is $15.00 per service. Please note that the after hours fee does not go towards the $100.00 minimum one on one appointment minimums, not the 2 hour service minimum for parties and events. There is 2 hour minimum, per technician required for personal events and business/corporate events. All parking/valet fees incurred by our staff will be added to your bill.
By paying the deposit and/or signing our Client Credit Card Authorization Form and/or Contract you, the client; agree to all of our terms and conditions.
If you pay with American Express, there is an additional fee of 3.6% added to the bill.

You must pay in advance for
non-pamper event services and non event services (meaning for individaul appointments that do not qualify as an event).
Right to Refuse Services
Although it is our pleasure to pamper you ,for the safety of our staff we require that complete and full disclosure must be given; to the technician/therapist/owner/manager (at the time you book your appointment or event), related to or regarding; any medical issues, physical challenges or impairments, and/or conditions you/your guests/they may possess.
This would be inclusive of, but not be limited to Paralysis, Parkinson’s Disease, open wounds or injuries, broken bones, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Lupus, mobility challenges or limitations, cognitive delays, speech delays, Cancer, HIV, AIDS, Diabetes, and infectious diseases.
In addition, we run a very professional, respectful establishment and business. Any and all inappropriate behavior on the part of you, your guests/s or any person/s present during the rendering of our services, will absolutely not be tolerated!! This is inclusive of but not limited to, rude, racial, religious, ethnic, gender based or biased comments, abusive language, inappropriate sexual misconduct or language, indecent exposure, racial or sexual slurs or harassment, drugs, alcoholic consumption that has lead to the inebriation by you or your guests, flirting, or violence of any kind.
If any of this behavior or inappropriate misconduct or occurrences take place, our staff and the owner have the right to refuse service during, before , or at the time of said appointment/event; or booking of appointment or event. As a result, your appointment or that of your guest/s, and or event; will be cancelled and terminated immediately; and you will still be charged for the full amount of the services; and or fees; via the credit card or debit card you used to pay for or secure your event (or deposit) forthwith. As such, this is your official disclosure and notice or the aforementioned and, we have the right to refuse or stop service at any point, and; a refund will not be issued and criminal charges or legal course and/or action maybe filed or obtained; when applicable.

Our Sanitation Practices
For our massage and facial clients all tools, towels, sheets, and sponges are brand new for each client. For nail services- Clients receive their own brad new nail file, for their mobile spa services, for healthy sanitation protection. We use gloves for every client.
Only the highest quality in State Required Sanitation and Sterilization practices. All equipment is sterilized in EPA registered hospital-grade sterilization.

Cancellations
If you or whomever books your appointment, cancels the appointment or any part of the appointment (any of the services you ordered or they ordered for you), in less than 24 hours of the appointment time or at the appointment, or you or the client no shows you will be charged for the full amount of the service/s appointment and fees. If you cancel/postpone an appointment once and cancel or postpone a second time; you forfeit the appointment cancellation prior to 24 hours before the appointment policy; thus the full fee for the appointment and Travel/Fee will be applied and retained by Pampered Rose Spa Service; no refunds.
If you cancel a pamper event, the deposit is non-refundable; but you can use it to re-book another event within 90 days of the event you scheduled and cancelled.
If you try to cancel the number of services being done or the technicians you booked or we booked for a party or event, you must do so 7 days before your party or event. If you do not, you will be charged for those services/technicians in full.
If the number of people you book for a party of event do not all show up, cancel, post- pone, change their mind, you will still be charged for for the original number of people you booked, the day you booked or on the 7 days confirmation before your party or event.
To receive these package prices below, you must have a minimum of four people receiving services from us, per service type (example, four people receiving massages services to get the massage package price, four people receiving nail services for the nail package, etc.). If you have less than four people receiving services (as mentioned above); you will be charged $100.00 per hour, per technician we send to perform and carry out your services. The fee will be rounded out to the nearest quarter hour; if your services are completed before the full hour is up/over. If the staff incurs any parking fees at your event location, where your services are being carried out, it will be added to your bill balance; and is due at the time payment in full for your services are due (when the last of our services is completed).
If clients or guests cancel any services, or change their mind and decide not to receive the services below that the client who booked the event/services ordered at the time of booking; the same price listed below will be applied to the balance and due at the time the last service is rendered.
We only accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express (there is an additional fee of 3.6% fee of the balance; if you use an American Express to pay for your services) or, any debit cards with these logos.
