There is a minimum required of $100.00 in services for a mobile appointment. If you pay with an American Express Card, there is an additional fee of 3.6% added to your bill. There is a travel fee of $40.00 per techncian/therapist we send out to provide your services. This can not be credited toward your $100.00 minimum services required for a mobile appointment. All services and fees must be paid for in full, prior to your appointment via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or any debit cards with those logos.
