Same day services that are cancelled/no-showed are non-refundable and will be charged the full service price. There are no refunds. You must cancel no less than 24 hours before your appointment, to avoid the full service charge. If you cancel an appointment in less than 24 hours before an appointment; you will be charged for the full amount of the service you booked for; on your credit card or debit card.
