Pampered Rose Spa Services, Pamper Parties, and Events brings the convenience and elegance of the Mobile to your business, retail, Television Production,and corporate Events!!

There is a minimum required of two hours per technician/therapist to book an event. This does not include set-up time. Any parking fees/valet fees incurred by our staff, will be added to your billing. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required to book an event.  If you need to change to post pone, cancel, the deposit is non-refundable.  However, you can re-schedule that event for a later day and use that same deposit; as long as you re-schedule it within 90 days of your  original booking date.


There is a $40.00 per technician/therapist for Travel and Mileage.


WE CHARGE A $200.00 MINIMUM AMENDMENT FEE TO ANY DEDUCTION IN HOURS OR SERVICES IN LESS THAN 30 DAYS NOTICE OF AN EVENT.

What Do We Do For You at Your Event?

We bring the class and elegance of the day spa to all of your special events; from your employee appreciation days, product and promotional sales event launches, to corporate events!

You can give rejuvenating Mini-Spa Manicures or Mini-Spa Pedicures (file, buff, mini-hand and arm/leg and foot massage, and polish to the guests at your events). If you choose, we can customize your event with a la carte services as well.

How Do We Do It?

We literally transform your event into a spa experience for your guests. We bring the tables , chairs (chairs for the nail technicians), product, and tools needed to carry out your event. You may also provide the tables, chairs, and nail polish for the nail events. 

What Services Can You Have At Your Event?

We offer 10 to 15 minute per person express services for hair braid and ponytail services, nails Mini-Manicure Polish Changes, Mini-make-up applications, Mini-Facials, Neck and Shoulder Chair Massages.

How Does It Work and What is the Cost?

There is a fee of $125.00 per hour, per technician; with a minimum of two hours per technician required. If there are any parking or valet fees that will be added to the bill. If you are requesting an Express Nail Event and you can add Adhesive Nail Art Decal Appliqués on each guest/client, 

A 50% deposit of is required to be paid in advance over the phone with a Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express, or a debit card with any of those logos; at the time of booking the event. If you use an American Express Card, there is an additional fee of 3.6% added to the bill invoice balance due.

You may pay for the balance at the end of each event for that day. If the event is consecutive days, you may pay for the event balance at the end of the last consecutive day of the event. To book/reserve your date call us at (866) 899-3669. An invoice will be sent to you as well; for your records.

Do I Need to Provide Anything for the Event?

We provide all the equipment, supplies and products necessary to transform any area into an authentic, virtual spa experience. You need only provide a chair for your guests to sit in at our nail tables, to receive their services. If you choose, you can provide the table and two chairs for each Manicuring Station at your event. That's it!

To enhance the experience, we even decorate the area with candles, rose petals, and beautiful decorative pieces to create the relaxing atmosphere of the day spa for your customers, colleagues and/or employees. We offer nail spa services that are performed by licensed, professional and experienced Manicurists. In addition, massages, facials, and waxing can be added to your services.

How Do I Book the Event?

If you would like to schedule a Corporate, Retail, or other event with us, please call us at (866) 899-3669. We would be more than happy to create a virtual mobile spa at your next event. We require a minimum of 2 hours in service, per technician/therapist; per day of your event (meaning, if your event is more than one day). The fee is $100.00 per hour, per technician/therapist.

Parking and Valet Fees

If there are any Valet or Parking Fees incurred for us to park at your event, the fee will be added to your service fees at the time the payment of services are due.

What is Provided as for as Sanitation?

We pride ourselves on providing, sanitary, clean, professional, and relaxing superb services. We strive to provide the utmost in quality and extraordinary service to you and your guests.

All materials, implements, and linens for all services are always clean and therapists are well educated, skilled, licensed, and professional. For modest guests: Massage techniques are available that do not require clothes removal. Techniques such as: Acupressure and Chair Massage do not require removing of clothing.

Are there any policies or booking policies?

There is a 50% deposit required for your event. I This deposit must be paid the day you schedule and book your event to reserve it. No discounts, specials, or promotions may be used for the event payment or deposit. If you cancel the event the deposit is non-refundable but, it may be transferred to re-book another party or event at a later date and must be re-booked within 90 days of the original party date you booked.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. Payment must be taken care of at the end of the event. If it is an event that is more than one day, payment must be made at the end of the event daily.

What Forms of Payment Are Accepted?

We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, or a Debit Card with a Visa or Master Card logo. 

If you pay with American Express and there will be an additional fee. The additional fee will be 3.6% of the amount due.

Express Nail Bar Mini-Manicures/Polish Changes

This package includes 15 minute per person, Mini-Manicures (File nails, buff nails with cuticle oil,(you may also add massage with massage oil and lotion on hands and arms to this package, base coat, two coats of the nail polish of their choice, top coat, and quick dry application.

Express Ponytail and Braid Bar Hair Package

This package includes 15 minute per person Basic Hair Braiding or Ponytail Designs.

Express Mini-Chair Massages

This package includes 15 minute per person Mini Chair Massages. Each guest/client will receive a relaxing massage on their neck and shoulders, in a massage chair.

Express Table Massages Package

This package includes 30 minute per person, relaxing Table Massages on each guest's/client's back, neck, and shoulders.

Express Facial Package

This package includes 15 minute per person, relaxing, Mini-Facial (Cleanser, Toner, and Moisturizer) on each client's face/neck.

Make-Up Package

This package includes a 15 minute per person foundation, blush, liner, and lip stick application

Party Lash Package

This package includes a ten minute per person party lash application (glitter, colored, and rhinestone lashes).

Additional Cancellation Policies

If you cancel a pamper party or event, the deposit is non-refundable; but you can use it to re-book another or event within 90 days of the event or party you scheduled and cancelled.

If you try to cancel the number of services being done or the technicians you booked or we booked for a party or event, you must do so 7 days before your party or event. If you do not, you will be charged for those services/technicians in full.

If the number of people you book for a party of event do not all show up, cancel, post- pone, change their mind, you will still be charged for for the original number of people you booked, the day you booked or on the 7 days confirmation before your party or event.   

If you pay with American Express, there is an additional fee of 3.6% added to the bill.  

Terms and Conditions

By booking, via website or phone, and submitting payment you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to all of the terms, conditions and polices as outlined. Do not book services if you are unwilling or unable to be bound by the Terms.

All packages and services must be purchased in advance. ALL reservations/sales are final; Pampered Rose Spa Services does NOT issue refunds. A non-refundable deposit/retainer and credit card to keep on record is required to reserve all dates/times, insure any incidentals, cover outstanding balances, complete your contract, and begin the event planning process. Pampered Rose Spa Services; will NOT come out to any venue/event without a valid credit card on record – regardless of your final payment method. Your deposit is applied towards your total event cost. 50% of your balance is due in advance of your event date and is automatically charged to the credit card on record, unless other payment options are agreed upon in writing. The final 50% is due when our staff completes the last service.  

Event packages, services and number of guests may NOT be lowered or withdrawn. A 15% rush charge applies to any package or service that is added or upgraded after your final headcount date, which is 7 days after your original booking/deposit date. Within 30 days of your event, charges may apply for any changes in dates or services depending on the size and complexity of your event.

There are no refunds once client books an event by making a deposit payment .
